TxMaster Cleaning, Inc headquarters are located 6080 S Hulen Street #360 PMB 259 Fort Worth, TX 76132
Most carpet cleaners don’t take the extra measures that Txmastercleaning does in their cleaning procedure. The purpose of these measures is to shorten the dry time. We use counter-rotating brushes to pre-treat and agitate the carpet fibers, which helps to minimize the quantity of water needed to thoroughly clean the carpet. The purpose of our patent-pending wand is to thoroughly clean the carpet fibers without ever overflowing your cushioning. In order to decrease the dry time and enhance circulation, we also employ specially made fans, or air movers.
Our normal dry time is four to eight hours, however depending on the humidity and temperature inside the house, it may take less or more time. As long as you are comfortable with the state of your feet, you can walk on the wet carpet in the interim. Please don’t hesitate to request a complimentary set of shoe covers from your cleaning professional.
How often your home or office carpets need cleaning is a personal thing. Each property is different, and aspects such as the frequency of use, number of people on the property, pets, outdoor environment, etc. all contribute to the cleaning cycle. Most carpet manufacturers require you to have your carpets cleaned with hot water extraction (HWE) every 12 to 18 months in order to maintain their warranty.
TxMaster’s cleaning process goes above and beyond normal HWE, so using TxMaster will help you maintain your carpet’s warranty. Cleaning more frequently will extend the life of your carpet.
Our innovative cleaning wand and exclusive TxMaster technology are the foundation of TxMmaster cleaning services.
TxMaster Water is produced by ionizing water, which improves its cleaning properties and turns it into a high-performing solution that we use to clean the surfaces in your house (or place of business). Consider it a powerful magnet. It draws in and removes filth, grime, and other unwanted contaminants from your house.
We can clean completely without using typical, harsh cleaning chemicals thanks to this innovative technique. Not only is it strong, but it’s also safe for humans, animals, and the environment, as well as the environment. This implies that the surface we clean—including your carpet—stays cleaner for a longer period of time.
A few days before your appointment, we will send you an email with some helpful tips about your upcoming cleaning experience. Before we arrive for your appointment please:
- Move fragile or breakable items to a safe place.
- Vacuum to remove pet hair and larger particles of soil or food.
- Ensure areas to be cleaned are free from toys, books, and other items.
- Let us know about any special areas of concerns, like stains or pet urine.
- Move furniture and put dining chairs up on tabletops or otherwise out of the way.
TxMaster typically cleans more quickly than you anticipate! Generally speaking, TxMaster will take 15 to 30 minutes to clean each room. We need one to two hours for most average-sized homes, or around one hour for every 1000 square feet.
The way your room(s) are laid up, the condition of your carpets (stains, need for pre-treatments, etc. will take longer), how easily accessible the surfaces are inside your house, and how many surfaces need to be cleaned can all affect how quickly we clean your house.
It is important that you properly prepare your house for our arrival so that we can work fast and effectively.
TxMaster understands that pet accidents happen, causing odor and discoloration in your floor coverings. If not properly treated, biological matter such as urine can create a breeding ground for bacteria and a distinctly unhealthy environment.
Most of our pet treatments are provided at an additional cost, and the technician will discuss options before beginning treatment. Any service recommended by a technician is optional. Please note that if you decline a pet treatment, it does void our 7-day Gotta Love It Guarantee for that area of your home.
If there is concern over a biological issue, we will inspect the carpet often with a special UV light that helps illuminate contaminants in the carpet. Our trained cleaning technicians will review the condition of the carpet, the severity of the biological contamination, and what options are available to treat the spots.
Our technicians will be able to discuss all the options, costs, and solutions with you when they inspect your home and review the existing conditions.
Txmastercleaning offers a 7-day Gotta-Love-It Guarantee! If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, within 7 days of your cleaning, we will gladly return and re-treat the areas you’re not happy with.
No,TxMasterclean does not generally move furniture, except for maybe very small furniture pieces like small ottomans, small tables, or light-weight dining chairs.
We do not move furniture because we do not want to accidentally break any items in your home, nor do we want to hurt our technicians, who are professional cleaners, not professional movers. We appreciate your understanding on this matter, and ask you to find appropriate help, as needed, to prep your home.
Some franchise locations do offer furniture moving for a small fee, as it requires a two-person team, whereas we most often send a single technician out to service homes.
Even with the moving fee, we do not ever move certain furniture like pianos, entertainment centers, bookcases, electronics, lamps, or large beds.
Your technician will do a great job cleaning up to and around any furniture pieces that have not been moved. Thankfully, the flooring under furniture doesn’t usually collect as much dirt or stains.
Every franchisee site determines its own local prices. TxMaster usually charges by the room; typically, a room is defined as an area that is between 200 and 250 square feet. The rates for other spaces, such as restrooms, stairwells, corridors, area rugs, etc., differ from those for rooms. For a price on all of your cleaning requirements, kindly contact your nearby franchise.
Locally determined promo codes and discounts are often offered by TxMaster, so be sure to get in touch with your neighborhood store to find out more about any current promotions.
While we prefer that you or someone of accountable age be home during your appointment, it is not required. We do appreciate having someone there to confirm the areas that will be cleaned, discuss options, and address any concerns we may encounter during the service. All TxMaster technicians are employees, not sub-contractors, and we are fully insured.
We normally collect payment when we have completed the work, so if you are not going to be home, please make arrangements with our customer service representatives so we can gain access to the property (keys, codes), provide instructions on how to lock up when we are done, and receive payment.
As an extra service, we provide a high-quality carpet and upholstery fiber protection. During the production process, the majority of carpet manufacturers add a topical fabric protection to their carpets. This extra layer of defense is gradually worn down or eliminated as a result of cleaning and traffic. Over time, your carpet’s resistance to soiling and stains decreases, causing spills and blemishes to turn into long-lasting stains. We apply the best available protectant in the business. Kindly get in touch with your nearby franchise for a quote.
Txmastercleaning is aware that pet accidents can leave your floor coverings smelling and discolored. Urine and other biological debris can serve as a haven for germs if left untreated. Before starting treatment, your cleaning professional may go over the majority of our pet stain and odor removal options with you.
Any service that your cleaning professional suggests is completely voluntary.
When it comes to that part of your house, your 7-day Gotta-Love-It Guarantee will be nullified if you refuse pet care when it is required. Your cleaning expert should be able to examine the carpet with a special UV light that helps illuminate the contaminants in the carpet if you’re unsure about any biological hazards. Our highly skilled cleaning professionals will be able to determine the extent of the pollution and pinpoint trouble areas.
Yes! It is completely safe to walk on your newly cleaned carpet as long as you’re comfortable with the cleanliness of your feet or shoes.
Feel free to ask your service technician for a complimentary pair of shoe coverings.
The application of fabric protector is an additional service we offer. Most carpet manufacturers apply a topical fabric protector to their carpets during manufacturing. Over time, this added layer of protection can be worn down or removed by harsh cleaning chemicals.
Your carpet’s ability to resist soiling and staining is thus reduced over time, allowing spots and spills to become stains. TxMaster uses the industry’s best protectant that can be applied to the carpet after cleaning. Please check with your local franchise for a quote to apply fabric protector to your carpet and/or upholstery.
As long as there is a suitable surface to clean them on and there isn’t any blood, urine, feces, or vomit, we may clean several kinds of area rugs in your house. For instance, we wouldn’t want to clean your lovely hardwood floors over an area rug.
Kindly inquire about the level of rug cleaning that your nearby franchise offers. They would be pleased to offer you a price for the area rug cleaning that you want.
Our franchises are typically open Sunday through Friday for home cleaning 8:00AM – 8:00PM
Harmful soaps and detergents left behind by DIY spotting chemicals or improper cleaning techniques can create a sticky mess. Soaps and detergents are engineered to attract dust and dirt and, if left in your carpet, they will continue to attract dust and dirt, making your carpet dirty again quickly. If you do not use TxMaster, your next carpet cleaner will most likely add a new layer of sticky soaps and detergents to your carpet, thereby compounding the problem.
What you need is to neutralize and remove the sticky residue that has been left behind.
TxMaster’s carpet pre-conditioner is engineered without soaps and detergents, so we do not add to the problem. By pretreating and agitating the carpet, we start to break down the residues in your carpet. Then, by thoroughly rinsing the carpet with our patented cleaning process, we are able to flush out a lot of the existing soil and residue.
Depending on the level of residue that has bonded to your carpet fibers, we may not be able to break it all down the first time we clean.
